CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday, July 9 2024 at 19:00 in Hotel Lero, Dubrovnik

If you wish to attend, please let us know by e-mail by Friday, 21 June.

Menu:

  • Marinated tuna seasoned with orange, wasabi sauce, dried tomatoes, mango salsa, crispy fennel, leafy herbs and dried flowers
  • Clear fish soup with carrot cubes, rice and pieces of fish
  • Sea bass fillet, celery root cream, baby carrots glazed with orange and lemongrass oil, marinated rock samphire
  • Coconut and mango – foam made of white chocolate and coconut, mango heart with rosemary, on a base of shortbread biscuits with almonds

Vegetarian/vegan menu:

  • Falafel and hummus (Vn) (N)
  • Baby spinach salad, artichoke heart roasted in garlic oil, smoked tofu, semi-dried mini tomatoes and pickled beetroot reduction
  • An alternative soup for vegetarians (vegans): Pumpkin Cappuccino – a mushy soup made from roasted pumpkin, seasoned with pumpkin oil and seeds
  • Spring impression – risotto with asparagus and zucchini, glazed artichoke hearts and lemon and saffron sauce
  • Coconut and mango – white chocolate and coconut foam, mango heart with rosemary, on a base of shortbread biscuits with almonds

Drinks included:

  • welcome drink (glass of sparkling wine per person), water, white wine, red wine, carbonated and non-carbonated juices and beer
